He was the retired owner-manager of Red Giant Oil Co. and he attended the Unity Church of Clearwater. He is survived by his widow, Ethel VanDruff, Bellaire; one son, Bruce VanDruff, Red Oak, Ia.; two daughters, Mrs. Phylis True, Pasadena, Calif., Mrs. Shirley Hawkins, Omaha, Neb.; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Lawrence Dool, Ames, Ia.
