Leslie Earl, 64, Carpenter, Dies

Leslie Earl, 64, o 210 Fulton street, died in Millville Hospital early yesterday after haviang been suffering from a heart condition for many months.

Born in Centre Grove, he was a carpenter by trade and lived in Millville most of his life. He was a member of Shekinah Lodge, F. & A.M., and the Cumberland County Shrine Club and the YMCA Old Timers' Club. He was a member of Rosie Stites kitchen committee of the club and for several years assisted in preparing the meals for the Old Timers.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; two daughters, Mrs. Claude Reed and Mrs. Woodrow Lowe, this city; five brothers, Ernest, of Bridgeton; Reed, of Westville; Elmer, of Mays Landing; Lewis and Curtis, of Florida; three sisters, Mrs. Edith Bennett, of Bridgeton; Mrs. Charlotte Kapp and Mrs. Evelyn Maguire, Millville; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

For the past wwo years he had been employed as custodian of the new Fire Hall.

The funeral will be held from the Memorial Funeral Home, with interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
