Louise K. Gebicki, 85, of Latrobe, died Monday, June 25, 2007, in Mountain View Specialty Care Center, Unity Township.
She was born Aug. 6, 1921, in Brenizer, a daughter of the late Frank and Rose Kolodziej.
Prior to her retirement, Louise was employed by Latrobe Plastics. She was also a beautician, formerly employed by Annette's Salon of Beauty and had also owned and operated her own beauty salon.
She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Latrobe.
She is survived by two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley T. Gebicki; her son, Stanley "Corky" Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Suzanne; and her sister and brother-in-law, Betts and Chester Gregor.
Friends will be received 9-10 a.m. today in St. John the Evangelist Church, Latrobe, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas M. Lukac as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Latrobe.
