Daughter of George Alvin Faulstick and Mary Ann Altemus. Sarah Ann Arbesta Faulstick was known as "Vesta". She was married to John N. Cawley 26 Jan 1895 in Hellertown, Northampton Co., Pennsylvania, by Rev. W.J. Bieber (Northampton County marriage license #5092).

Vesta was a member of St. Luke's (Old Williams) Church in Williams Twp., Northampton County, PA. She served as president of the women's auxiliary of the church for 15 years and was a member of the church choir.

Sarah was living at RD #1, Hellertown, PA in 1937 and 1942. In 1949 she was living in Easton, PA. and, in 1956, at Nazareth, PA. She died at the Baker Convalescent Home at Nazareth and was buried in the Old Williams Lutheran
