Luella married Edwin Sutter October 4, 1986 at North Platte . She was employed at W. T. Grant Company for 20 years and Ace Hardware for 10 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church , United Methodist Women, and U. P. Old Timers Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Louis (Linda) Cooper of North Platte; a son-in-law, Glen Pickett of Greeley, CO; a brother, Gayle Shield of Greeley, CO; two sisters, Doris Olson of Aurora, CO and Georgia Law of Illinois ; four granddaughters; six great grandsons; one great granddaughter and a great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, a daughter, Carol, a granddaughter, Glenda Cooper, a sister, Myrtle and four brothers, Paul, Alfred, Don and Harold Shield.
