Mrs. Maudie Maxine Floyd, 76, Athens, died Thursday at a local hospital.
The funeral was today at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Floyd was a member of the Hobbs Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, James E. Floyd of Chattanooga; a daughter, Joan E. Wellden of Dunwoody, GA; a sister, Estelle Box of Sheffield; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
