The funeral for Mr. H.H. Davis occurred Monday at Monroeville from the Methodist church, and was very largely attended by relatives and friends of the family. The sermon was preached by Rev. Bowen, of the Methodist church, of which Mr. Davis has been a faithful member of twenty-six years. The remains were interred in the family lot at Odd Fellows cemetery, Monroeville.
