During his Naval Reserve career he was stationed at the NAS, COCO SOLO in the Panama Canal Zone. He work at the Hughes Aircraft Corp., and later IBM, where he retired after 32 years of service. He was a member of the St. Francis Episcopal Church in Potomac, MD.
