Elda Marie Smith Edge age 79 was the widow of Jasper Edge, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents Dolly Lee Lewis Smith and Reuben W. Smith of Marion, N,C, She is survived by two sisters, Ruby Rigsby of Waynesville, N.C. , Jacqueline S. Presnell,and Mary Smith and a brother Gilbert C. Smith all of Marion N.C. Marie was cremated and her ashes will later be put in a mausoleum at Oak Grove Cemetry in Marion N.C.
