Funeral services for Mr. James Hardin Collins, Athens, were held at 4 p.m. yesterday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Burl Grubb officiated, with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Collins died at 4 p.m. Monday in the Decatur General Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Estelle S. Collins, Athens; one daughter, Mrs. Sandra Shelton, Athens; one son, James H. Collins Jr., Fairbanks, Alaska; three sisters, Mrs. Dale [Willie Ruth] Lawler and Mrs. Wendell [Jean] Banks, both of Muscle Shoals, and Mrs. William P. [Nannie] Lloyd, Huntsville; one brother, Willard Collins, Guntersville; and four grandchildren.
