Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Horum Missionary Baptist Church, 3509 Burger St. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Garden. Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
She was preceded in death by Kaelynn Carter, parents, one aunt, two brothers and one nephew.
Survivors: Companion, Terry Waites; children, Shawanda Bell (Ronald) and Shabora Carter (Wayne); brothers, James Williams (Esponola), Abraham Bell Jr. (Pam) and George Bell; sister, Jennie B. Bell (James); grandchildren, Dominique Bell, Derrell Bell and Taija Jackson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
