Cheraw, S.C., Oct. 25. --- Gen. W. L. T. Prince, of Cheraw, died suddenly this morning of heart disease. A few hours before his death he seemed as well as usual and in good spirits. He was about, seventy years old. Gen. Prince was a man of ability, and a good man and a good citizen. He leaves five daughters and two sons.
