Mark Anthony Barbosa, age 25, of McKinney, Texas, passed away March 12, 2004, in McKinney. He was born May 19, 1978, in McKinney to Alejandro and Carole (Mendez) Barbosa, Jr. He was a carpenter and of the Protestant faith. He is survived by his parents, Alejandro and Basilia Barbosa of McKinney; mother, Carole Mendez of Westminster, Texas; brothers, Robert Barbosa, Alex Barbosa, III and Lynard Barbosa, all of McKinney; grandparents, Alejandro Barbosa of Cadereyta, Jimenez, NL, Mexico, Earl Gidney of Bonham, Texas, Pete and Linda Salas of McKinney, Texas, and Manuel Borjas of Arlington, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Flerida Tamez, Carlos G. Mendez and Peggy Gidney. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 16, 2004, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Pastor Johnny Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
