Cornelia Ball Pope (Lucy Cobb 1921) taught art in Georgia and Lanett, Ala. She married in 1927, Percy Rosser Cartledge (1900-81), son of Robert William (1869-1949) and Lillie Beatrice Brown Cartledge (1878-1958), of Lincolnton, Ga. Their children are Marshall Frederick (b.1930), and Cornelia Carol Cartledge (b.1936).

Marshall Frederick Cartledge (b.1930)(UGa. 1952, B.S. 1954) lived in Athens, Ga. He was an aerospace engineer for the Department of Defense and served in the Navy, 1949-53. He married (1) in 1957, Lila Lambert Holliday (1936-87), daughter of Dr. Pope Beauregard (1890-1950)(Emory DMD 19_) and Lila Lambert Holliday (1899-1955), of Athens. Her father was president of the Georgia Dental Association and served in WWI, WWII, Korea and was a colonel. Their daughters are Lila Annulet (WFla. 1980) who lives in Irmo, S.C., and Marsha Holliday Cartledge, a property manager, who lives in Blairsville, Ga. The latter married in 1980, Philip Keith Chandler (UGa. 1976), son of John (1921-2003) and Bernese Chandler (1927-2015), of Winder, Ga. Their son is Nathaniel Philip Chandler. Marshall Cartledge married (2) in 1990, Linda Woods, daughter of Lonnie Lee (1921-86) and Mary Alice Wilbanks Woods, of Athens. Her father served in the Army in WWII.

Cornelia Carol Cartledge (UGa. 1959) lives in Washington, Ga. She was manager of 1st National Bank of Atlanta and she married in 1972, Allen D. Nichols.
