Son of John and Eliza Jane Reeves Kroeger. On Nov. 26, 1916 he married Linnie B McCreary. They made their home in Chillicothe, MO. for a few years before moving to the East coast where he worked as an interior marble mason. He installed marble in many federal buildings. They moved back to Chillicothe in 1961. Linnie died in Nov. 1966. They had two daughters, Lorene Ruth and Marjorie Maxine. On March 23, 1969 he married Berniece May Richards Wilson. He was a member of the Mt Olive Methodist Church.
