Adolph "Duff" Mollet, Jr., Ponca City resident, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007 at the Ponca City Medical Center. He was 77.
The funeral service will be held graveside at 10 AM on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Resthaven Memorial Park with Rev. Madison Clinton, brother-in-law, officiating. Arrangements are made under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.
Duff was born on July 4, 1929, to Adolph Mollet, Sr. and Christena M. (Oliver) Mollet in Okeene, OK. He attended Ponca City Schools until joining the United States Army and serving in the Korean Conflict. After the war Duff married Patricia Gregg on September 2, 1955 in Ponca City. They resided in Ponca City where Duff worked for Quality Water for 42 years and Kinder's Campers for 35 years. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and camping but most of all he loved spending time with his two granddaughters. He was a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife Pat of the home; two sons Mike and Randy Mollet of Ponca City; one daughter Lori Horn and her husband Max of Ponca City; two granddaughters: Lindsi and Kalley Horn of Ponca City; three sisters: Pherabah Schrock and Donna Brorsen of Perry and Mary Clinton of Friendship, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Jim Mollet, Sr.
Honorary casket bearers will be the coffee group at Cornerstone.
