Kellie Noel Horton Watters, 31, of Vinton County, and a former South Webster resident, died Friday December 11, 2009 at her home

She was born March 10, 1978 in Portsmouth a daughter of David Lee Horton of South Webster and Melody Anne King Horton Rice of McDermott. She was a former employee of Mills Pride

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, David Junior Watters III; three daughters, Keanna Horton, Skyler Noel Watters, Alicia Dawn Watters; one sister, Lora (Matthew) Kittles; two brothers, Russell Todd Horton and Michael Thomas Rice; Special Nieces and Nephews, Breanna Horton, Rebecca Kittles, Rachel Kittles, Nathan Ehrhart and Justin Rowe; Uncle Thomas (Kim) King; and step grandmother, Linda King; Mother-in-law, Karen Watters; Father-in-law David Watters; sister-in-law, Jena Killpatrick; brother-in-law, Aaron (Amanda) Watters; in addition to several other aunts, uncles, and cousins

Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday December 17, 2009 at the D. W. Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Merit Smith officiating and interment in South Webster Cemetery

Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Wednesday and until the services Thursday at the D. W. Davis Funeral Home
