Jeffrey Lee "JB" Butler, 46, of Houston, Texas died April 26, 2001 in Memorial City Hospital after a short illness.
Formerly of Charleston, WV, he was employed by Union Carbide/Dow in Huston.
He was the son of the late M. Frank "Sonny" Butler.
Survivors are his mother, Louise Blair Butler of Charleston; brother and sister-in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Pat Butler of LaPorte, Texas; sister, Karen Lynne Pittenger of Houston, Texas.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston, WV, with the Rev. Earl Cochran officiating.
