". . . died of leukemia at Long Beach Community Hospital. Graduated from the University of Utah in 1922; received M.D. degree at Creighton University in 1947; interned at L.D.S. Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1948; certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, served in the U.S. Navy in 1948; discharged with the rank of captain in 1969. Member of American Medical Association; Los Angeles County Medical Association; Los Angeles Obstetrics and Gynecology Society; Long Beach Obstetrics and Gynecology Society; Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Vice Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Community Hospital, Long Beach; consultant at Long Beach State University; consultant with U.S. Navy Hospital, Long Beach; and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Irvine University."
