Private First Class Binette was a member of Company G, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division, having enlisted 6 February 1951. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in Korea on July 25, 1953.

Son of Joseph Napoleon and Cecile Fournier Binette. Siblings were Norman, Reginald, Janette and Constance Binette.
