Panama Dies

Fannie (Romani) Perfetti, 90, of Panama passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 8 p.m. in Utlaut Memorial Hospital, Greenville. She had been ill for three weeks.

Mrs. Perfetti was born on Dec. 18, 1898 in Cardiff, the daughter of the late Antonio and Angelina (Bondolio) Romani. She had lived all of her life in Panama. She married Ciro Perfetti in St. Louis, Mo. on March 9, 1917 and he preceded her in death on July 23, 1963. She was also preceded by two sons Ralph and Tony, one daughter, Rosie, and one brother Clato Romani. She was affiliated with the Catholic church.

She is survived by four sons, Louis of Highland Park, Hugo of Vero Beach, Fla., Arthur of Sorento, and Roy of Coffeen; one daughter, Angelina White of Panama; one brother Dominic Romani of Vero Beach, Fla.; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Perfetti's Funeral Home in Panama today, Thursday, Dec. 22 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted by Father Anthony Schmidt of Greenville at Perfetti's in Panama on Friday, Dec. 23 beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Sunnyside cemetery, Sorento.
