WEST LOGAN, W.Va. — Brenda Mae Grimmett Frazier, 47, of West Logan, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, October 31, 2009, from St. Mary's Medical Center at Huntington after a short illness.

Born April 6, 1962, at Man, she was a daughter of Brenda Sue Scott Walker of West Logan and the late French Allen Grimmett. Also preceding her in death was one granddaughter, Tiara Paige Grimmett; one niece, Salenna Brook Grimmett, and her mother-in-law, Odessa Frazier.

Brenda was a homemaker and co-owner of B&B Pet Grooming at West Logan. She was a faithful Christian. She enjoyed photography and all types of arts and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother.

Additionally, those left to cherish her beautiful memories include her husband of 13 years, Emmett Frazier; her children, Tia Renee (Jim) Green of Man, Don Brandon "Beeper" (Kattie ) Powers of Peach Creek, Misty Dawn (Todd) Johnson of Bean Station, Tenn., and Emmett D. (Tammie) Frazier of Chapmanville; a special granddaughter whom she reared, Erica Renee Anderson of West Logan; her other loving grandchildren, James Michael "Lil Man" Green of Man, Erika Deanne Frazier and Peyton Deanae Frazier, both of Chapmanville, and Lexzee Lynn Cline of Gilbert; three brothers, Allen (Marie) Grimmett of Man and French (Tonya) Grimmett and Gary Ray (Becky) Trammell, both of Charleston; nieces and nephews, Talenna Marie Grimmett, Charles Allen Grimmett, Dustin Tyler Grimmett, Matthew Ryan Grimmett, Gary Ray Trammell III and Joseph Randolph Trammell, and a host of other family and friends.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, at the Greenville Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Baxter Toler and Rev. Cecil Bartram officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
