She was a Christian and was a member of the Fair Haven Christian Church before 1976 in Bargersville, Johnson Co., Indiana. Wednesday rites for Mrs. Ward Olla Mae Ward, Franklin route three, died Monday at the Johnson County Memorial Hospital at the age of 41. She was born in Bloomfield on March 27, 1935, and lived most of her life in Johnson County. She was the daughter of James William and Alma (Bennett) Brown, both of whom survive. Mrs. Ward had been employed by the Union Bank and Trust Company. She was a member of the Fair Haven Christian Church. Surviving besides her parents are her husband, James J. Ward; three children, Jeff, Bruce and Connie, all at home; and a sister, Mrs. Betty Flake of Martinsville. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Fair haven Christian Church with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Rev. Stan Icenogle will conduct the services.
