SALT LAKE CITY—Services for Eugene D. Roberts, 46, of Centerville, Utah, were held Tuesday, May 25 at the Centerville Fifth Ward Chapel. Burial was at the Centerville City Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 16, 1939 in Rock Springs, a son of James H. and Dorcas Dunn Roberts.
He married Merlyn Tingey Aug. 21, 1959 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.
He was a high priest in the LDS Church and was active in Alcoholics Anonymous.
He is survived by his wife of Centerville; children, Michael, Traci, Craig, Bret, Terri and Grant, all of Centerville; Cam of Bountiful; grandsons, Adam and Kurt Roberts; mother, Dorcas Roberts Crowley, Hannibal, Mo.; brothers and sister, Jim of Midvale, Utah, Jack of Lynwood, Wash., and Eluise Flitton of Layton and an aunt, Mrs. Reuben L. (Lettie) Meacham of Rock Springs.
