Alma A. Abend, 65, of 105 West Henrietta St., East Syracuse, died Friday at her home.
Mrs. Abend lived in East Syracuse most of her life. She worked at General Electric Co. and Key Bank. She was a communicant of St. Matthew's Church, East Syracuse.
Surviving are her husband, Thomas A.; three sons, Kenneth, Daniel and Michael, all of East Syracuse; a daughter, Lorraine Mork of Canastota; a brother, Leonard Nitsch of Syracuse; a sister, Rita DiRenzo of Clay; three grandchildren and one niece.
Services are 8:30 a.m. Wednesday from the Delaney & Greabell Funeral Home, and at 9 a.m. at St. Matthew's Church. Burial will be at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 241 Kinne St., East Syracuse.
