Mrs Margaret Delozier Hatfield died at her home in South Harriman Wednesday, November 27 following an attack of pleurisy of 3 days duration. Mrs Hatfield was the widow of Joseph E Hatfield who died about a year ago.

She was born at Cardiff, Roane county February 23, 1879, married Joseph (who was born and reared in Cumberland county) in 1902.

She is survived by 3 sons, G W, J H and H D, all of whom reside in Harriman; and one daughter, Cora E, Harriman; 4 brothers and 3 sisters, most of whom reside in Roane county.

Funeral services were held at the Christian church, Harriman on Sunday, December 1 at 2 p.m. with burial at Willard Park cemetery.
