Melba Oree Anderson-- A native of Leaksville, MS. and a resident of Irvington, AL. died Wednesday, January 12, 2000 in a local hospital.
Ms. Anderson was a member of St. Elmo Bible Church in St. Elmo, AL.
She is survived by one son, Albert "Bubba" (Rhonda) Anderson of Irvington, AL; two daughters, Celia (Charles) Taylor and Sharon Harman both of Irvington, AL; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, January 14, 2000 from 5:00 until 9:00 pm at Serenity Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2000 at Serenity Funeral Home with John Canning officiating. Burial will be immediately following in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Bayou La Batre, AL.

She married (1) Frank Joseph Liquori in 1943. She married (2) Albert J Anderson Jr on 3 May 1947.
