Mrs. McBroom was native of Woodbury, TN where she lived 33 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors are her husband, Robert Cowan McBroom; two sons, Hilton McBroom and Fred McBroom; and two sisters, Mrs. Lester Smithson Curlee of Texas and Mrs. Mina Smithson Duke of Chattanooga; a brother Byron Smithson Woodbury.
