Curtis married Laura Frances (went by Fannie) Wheeler (1856-1914) on 27 Oct 1875 at Boone County, Indiana. Curtis and Fannie were the parents of three known children, namely:
1. Victor Allison Remy (1882-1928)
2. Curtis Henry Remy Jr. (1893-???) (moved to Canada)
3. Eleanor Raeburn Remy Hall (1897-1962)
In 1900 Curtis (a lawyer), Fannie (mother of three, all living) and all three sons were living at Evanston, Cook County, Illinois.
