Funeral services for Joseph Sam "Boy" Grayson, age 55, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 4, 2010 at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel of Tahlequah. Pastor Robert Hogner of the Trinity Baptist Church, Tahlequah and Pastor Gary Carey of the Old Green Baptist, Church Westville will preside. Interment will be held at the Beaver Cemetery in Bunch, OK. Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah. Joseph Sam Grayson was born November 18, 1954 in Bunch, OK to William Grayson and Janie Marie (Bird) Grayson. Joseph was employed as a general laborer. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Tahlequah. Joseph enjoyed sitting at his table reading the Bible, listening to Cherokee music and spending time with family and friends. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, Leslie "Bolo" Grayson. He departed this life on Monday, December 28, 2009 in Tahlequah at the age of 55 years.
