An Obituary from "Gatesville Messenger & Star Forum", Friday, January 15, 1960:

Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Thursday at Scott's Chapel for Mrs. Albert H. Hill, lifelong resident of Central Texas who died Wednesday morning in the local hospital. She was 77.
Mrs. Hill is survived by 116 descendants.
Minister Claud Wood and Dr. C. U. Baize conducted the funeral rites, and burial was in Restland Cemetery.
Mrs. Hill was born Miss Florence Annie White in Williamson County Feb. 7, 1882. She was married to Mr. Hill Nov. 30, 1898, and they lived in Coryell County most of their married life. They had been residing in Gatesville the last 2 1/2 months.
Mrs. Hill was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband; six sons, B. H. Hill of Briggs, C. E. Hill of Jonesboro, L. A. Hill of Austin, R. G. Hill of Lampasas, P. W. Hill of Waco and Ralph Hill of Dallas; nine daughters, Mrs. M. M. Manning of Gatesville, Mrs. V. R. Lee of Gatesville, Mrs. R. D. Cooper of Carlsbad, N. M., Mrs. L. C. Carroll of Houston, Mrs. Keston
Hodge of Lampasas, Mrs. George Vlassis of Monahans, Mrs. Raby Kellogg of Earth, Mrs. L. B. Standard of Pearl and Mrs. Ralph Blattner of Round Rock; two brothers, John White of Pearl and Sanford White of Arnett; three sisters, Mrs. C. J. Dunn of Killeen, Mrs. A. E. Vanwinkle of Arnett and Mrs. Paul Cowan of Kingsville; 55 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
One son, Grady Hill, died in 1942.
