The Moorefield Examiner 29 July 1915
On the morning of July 19, 1915, the death angel visited the home of Mr. Abraham Whitmer and claimed for its victim his beloved wife, Franceli Whitmer, aged 63 years. Mrs. Whitmer had been in bad health for some time and all that loving hands could was to save her was done to no avail. She bore her suffering with great christian fortitude till Jesus said it is enough come up higher. Mrs. Whitmer has been a member of the Mennonite Church for about 20 years. She leaves to mourn her loss a husband, 3 sons and 4 daughters, George Whitmer, of Illinois, Charles and Harrison of Mathias, Mrs. Hugh Delawder of Twin Mountain, WV. Mrs. Jacob Wilt of Timberville, VA, and Mrs. G.C. Jenkins and Mrs. Sam Frye, both of Mathias and 21 grandchildren. Mrs. Whitmer was a dutiful wife, a kind mother and a kind neighbor to all that knew her. She was laid to rest in the grave yard near F.P. Delawders to await the resurrection morn
Not sure If Frances was Adopted after her mom Susan Rohrbaugh(Mathias)died.
On her sons Death certificate She is listed as her maiden name Delawder instead of Mathias,And on her girls Death Record it Crisman
and in her marriage record her last name is Chrisman(Or was this just one of her given names)?
Would she of had a short marriage prior to the one to Abraham Whitmer?
Also interesting is I search high and low in 1870 for her and the only thing I seen close was this:

Not sure how they have her as middle name Margaret.,
I know quite a few people have more than one middle name!Her Step Sisters Middle Name is Margaret I have found where they mix these two girls up alot
