Mrs. George Callaway died at her home in Carthage Sunday afternoon at 4 o’clock. She had been ill for the past year with complications following an attack of typhoid fever. She was 40 years old. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the home of her father, R. D. Lenhart, of Aurora. The deceased leaves a husband and eight children, father and one brother, W. F. Lenhart, of Butler. The Callaway’s lived here a number of years. Mrs. Callaway was known for her sweet disposition and kindly ways.
