Ben T Conley, 75, of 845 Sycamore died at 2:43 pm Tuesday, Nov. 26, 1991, in Vermillion County Hospital. He was a retired baker for IGA. He was born May 24, 1916, in Grandview, IL, to John Conley and Gertrude Hosttetter Conley. Survivors include his wife, Edith Dugger Conley; four sons, Troy and Fred of Clinton. Taylor of Georgia, and Bennie of St. Louis; two daughters, Becky Conley of Clinton and Judy Conley of Colorado: one brother: four sisters: 11 grandchildren: one great-grandchild: and several nieces and nephews. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 777. Services are 10 am Saturday in Frist Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Fleater officiating. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation is 4 to 8 pm Friday.
