Excerpt from the Bond County books:
"A progressive farmer in Bond County. His wife came here from the east, Sara Ella's mother coming here from New Jersey in 1853. HIs parents raised an expectionally lart family...20 children! His mother had lost her husband and she had seven boys and one girl. They they had four children during their marriage, Andrew being one of the four born to them.

Andrew and Sarah returned from farming and moved into Greenville. After Andrew died, Sarah Ella had a major stroke and was completley paralyzed on one side.
