Charlie, known as "Huck" by his friends and family, was born on August 19, 1939 to Agnes and Charles Day. After his parents' divorce, his mother married Scott Wisner, and Charlie was joined by his sister, Sharon.

Charlie attended St. Jerome's School in Baltimore. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in France.

Charlie married his beloved wife Gayeann Eitel on July 9, 1966 and together they raised three children: Charles, Michael and Steven. Charlie loved his family and was an amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather.

Charlie was employed by Baltimore Aircoil for many years, and retired in the late 1990's. Retirement did not slow him down, as he remained active in many endeavors. He was an excellent pool player, and loved to play cards, especially Texas Hold ‘Em.

Charlie loved traveling with his family and friends. He was also active in many social organizations. He was a founding member of the Mustangs A.C., as well as being a member of the Elks Lodge in Ocean City, and Ravens Roost #18.

Charlie was one of the most decent men you could ever hope to meet. He was also a very generous man, especially with his time. If anyone needed help, he was the first one to offer assistance. He led a very full and active life, and is very much loved by his family and countless friends. He will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
