Ruth E Meyer was born 02 Mar 1914, the third of eight children for Ernest August & Ruth May (Bell) Meyer.
On 06 Feb 1940, in New Hampton, Chickasaw, Iowa, she wed Claude Hoffman. The couple was blessed with a daughter (still living) born 13 Aug 1950.
Ruth passed away in Iowa on 16 Aug 1996, and was buried beside her beloved husband."
