Elsie was a graduate of Lineville High School. She has lived most of her adult life in Osceola. She worked for Snowdons for many years.
Elsie was a member of Osceola Fire Department Auxiliary and the First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jim and Ray; sister, Vete.
She leaves to cherish her memory; son, Leland Crawford and his wife Linda; grandson, Brian Crawford and his wife Molly; granddaughter, Susan Crawford and friend Reid Hester; great grandchildren, Gabe, Cady, Jenna, Ashlyn, Brenden, Carley, Gabe and Sam, all of Osceola; brother Melvin Richards and wife Shirley of Liberty Center; sister, Mary Hall of Altoona; other relatives and friends.
