Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Dannelly, age 98 of Jefferson, will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Haggard Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Bryant officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Jefferson under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home of Jefferson. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Dannelly was born in Dallas, Texas., on June 15, 1911 to Coral Hamlin & Issac Carey Dannelly She passed away January 9, 2010 in Jefferson.
She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Jefferson, the D.A.R., & the Jessie Allen Wise Garden Club. Mrs. Dannelly was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Amos K. Payne, three brothers, Carey Hamlin Dannelly, Charles Dannelly & Frank Dannelly.
Survivors include: Niece; Libby Nelson & husband Dan of Marshall, TX., & a number of other nieces, nephews, family members & friends.
