Kenneth "K.C." Collins -MACON - Kenneth "K.C." Collins, 49, died Monday in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11A.M. Friday at Christ Chapel at Sportstown with burial in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Jones County. The Rev. John Wood will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue and suggests that memorial contributions be made to Christ Chapel at Sportstown, 170 Starcadia Circle, Macon 31210. -Mr. Collins, a lifelong resident of Macon, was a 1976 graduate of Southwest High School and was preceded in death by his father, James J. Collins. He was a fab tech retired from Brown and Williamson and was a member of the Bakery, Confectionary, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers Local Union 362 T. Mr. Collins was a member of Christ Chapel Community Church where he was active in the life of the church serving as an usher and on mission trips. After his family and his church, his next love was his motorcycle. -Survivors include his wife, Elaine Ray Collins of Jones County; two daughters, Kelli Collins and Corrie Collins, both of Jones County; his mother, Dorothy C. Collins of Macon; a brother, Mike (Dorothy) Collins of Macon; a sister, Barbara (Wayne) Hagood of Gray; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; his mother-in-law, Margaret A.
