Mark E. Chmielewski, 49, of Champlin, passed away on Monday, Jan. 11, 2010 in North Ridge Care Center, New Hope, Minnesota.


He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his four children, Amanda (Paul) Kerns, Ashley Chmielewski, Amber Chmielewski, and Alisha Chmielewski all of Brooklyn Center; his very special grandson, Austin Kerns of Brooklyn Center; his father, Florian Chmielewski of Sturgeon Lake; one brother, Florian, Jr. (Cheryl) Chmielewski of Oak Grove; one sister, Patty Chmielewski of Apple Valley; his nieces and nephews, Tony, Tiffany, Jodi, Nick, Lexy, and Kati; and his great nephews, Ethan and Myles.


VISITATION: 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010 until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Isidore's Catholic Church, Sturgeon Lake.


Burial will be at St. Isidore's Catholic Church, Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota.
