Corey Lynn Ellsworth, 24, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2004. He was born October 19, 1980 in Greenville, the son of Paul and Teresa Simmons Leland. Corey had a very big heart, enjoyed life, loved children and football and had many
friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Simmons. He is survived by his mother, Teresa Simmons Leland and Milton Nyhus of Elsie; father, Paul Leland of Orleans; brother, Troy Leland; grandparents, Carl and Arvilla Jones of Ionia, Roland and Geraldine Leland of Orleans; great-grandmother, Beullah Leland of Georgia; fiancée, Sara Gould, 16-month-old Maison and 7-year-old Madison of
Palo; and many aunts and uncles.

The funeral service is 1 p.m. Thursday at Shiloh Community Church, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Harger. Interment will follow in Trufant Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Schrauben-Lehman
