CHESTER - Eugene P. McMahan, 61, of Route 3 died Aug. 25, 1989, at his home. Funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Barron Funeral Home, with the Rev. Leroy Lowery and the Rev. Dale Roddey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Barron Funeral Home.
Mr. McMahan was born in Union County, son of the late W.W. and Rachel M. McMahan.
He was a retired employee of LRC Truck Lines Inc. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Francine; stepsons, John Rousey, Dennis Rousey; daughters, Barbara Ann Wall, Janice Patrick; stepdaughter, Robin Diaz of Lula, Ga.; brothers, Dennis McMahan of Great Falls, Charles McMahan of Oscoda, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Hyatt, Mrs. Imogene Rollings; nine grandchildren.
