He was a retired manager for Arkansas National Insurance Company. He was a member of the American Legion, president of the Hot Springs Insurance Exchange, a Shriner and a Mason.
He served in the armed forces during World War I. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Baker Rowe.
Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday at Oakland Cemetery at Warren by Reverend Howard Williams and Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.
The family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to Shriners Crippled Children's Hospitals, the St. Joseph building fund, or the building fund of First United Methodist Church at Hot Springs.
