Funeral services for Mr. Ezra Vernon Terry, 77, Athens, were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. A. J. Rollings and Bro. Hiram Hutto officiating. Burial followed in the Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Terry died Thursday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Terry is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vona Davenport Terry of Athens; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Inez Harrison, Mrs. Wynell Reynolds and Mrs. Mildred Taylor, all of Athens; two sons, Mr. James Albert Terry of Elkmont and Mr. Robert Terry of Rogersville; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Gervaise Terry Gullian of Birmingham.
Mr. Terry was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ.
