Dorothy A. Jenkins married to William Harley Hanover, while she was busy with the kids, she study music with Elizabeth Hedden in New Albany, preformed for Religious Radio Program from the Main Street Methodist Curch, lead the singing at various revivals through out Floyd Co., Clark Co., and Harrison Co. area. She served as Worthy Marton of Georgetown Eastern Stars and was president of the P.T.A. of Edwardsville School. While president of the P.T.A. she was instrumental in getting the cafeteria built for the students. Taught Sunday school classes for adults and teens at Tunnel Hill Christian Church.
