O.E.(Papa)Sheets, 85, of Wichita Falls died Friday in a Wichita Falls hospital.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Crestview Memorial Park with the Rev. James Gilbert officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.

Mr. Sheets was born Sept. 19, 1909, in Hugo, Okla. He had lived in Wichita Falls since 1941. He was a retired carpenter.

Survivors include his wife, Alva; a son, Freddie of Wichita Falls; four daughters, Norma Dickenson of Sacramento, Calif., Shirley Henry and Linda Harris, both of Wichita Falls, and Judy McCarthy of Everman, Texas; a brother Claude of Olney, Texas; two sisters, Fleta Garner of Prosser, Wash., and Roberta Hulk of Norman, Okla.; 12 grand-children; and eight great-grand-children.
