Artemas A. Roberts was born at Litchfield, Mich., March 20, 1853 and passed away Nov. 8, 1928, at Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo, Mich. He was married to Fannie M. Bowen on Jan. 13, 1874, who passed away in January, 1916. To this union were born four children, three of who remain to mourn his loss. The son, Fred, having passed away in 1924. Mr. Roberts has lived in and around Quincy nearly all of his life and leaves a host of friends who will miss him.
