Martha Rathjen of 324 West Columbia Avenue, Davenport, Iowa died at St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport, after a three week illness.
Martha Louise Hintze married Harry Rathjen February 17, 1915 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Davenport.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Phyllis (William) Bell, Racine, Wisconsin and Lois (Cecil) Funk, Bettendorf, Iowa; one son, Russell "Rusty" Rathjen, Eldridge, Iowa; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Walter, Chicago, Illinois.
Memorials were made to the Heart Fund. Services were held at the Runge Chapel.
