Mrs. McCaslin was baptized in the Methodist faith and had been a member of the Wolbach Methodist Church. She received her education in Nance County schools.
On June 2, 1943 she was united in marriage to Charles McCaslin at Aurora, Nebr. In 1947 to 1948 they resided on a farm east of Wolbach. They had also resided in the Soldier's and Sailor's Home in Grand Island. In 1957 they moved to Springtown, Arkansas to make their home.
Mrs. McCaslin had been employed in the Ord Community Hospital and the Soldier's and Sailor's Home in Grand Island. She was a member of the Wolbach Rebekah Lodge No. 235.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Charles; one brother, Cecil Sample of Belgrade and a nephew, Melvin Sample of Dallas, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nettie.
